Which page has the QuickQ download?

Obtain the QuickQ client from the official download page. After you select the system that matches your device (Windows, macOS, iOS, or Android), the page redirects to the corresponding distribution link. Using only the entries on quickqapo.com.cn keeps unknown third-party installers out of your way.

How do I start using QuickQ once installed?

Open QuickQ and sign in with the account you registered. The home screen then lists the routes available to you; select one and press connect, and the status switches to connected. During a first session, comparing each step with the tutorial keeps things predictable.

Do I need a new account for a new device?

Install the client on the extra device and sign in with the account you already own. No new registration and no new purchase are needed. Simultaneous device use is governed by the conditions of your current plan on the plans page.

Why does it hang while connecting?

Disconnect first and verify that the device has a working internet connection, then try a different route. If the client stays on connecting, close it completely and start it again. If the problem continues, check whether a proxy or security application is blocking the client's network requests.

How do I deal with unstable speeds?

Hold off on downloads, streaming, and similar traffic, then move to a route carrying less load. Confirm that no competing VPN or proxy application is running, since those tools can interfere with QuickQ routes. Testing across different parts of the day usually clarifies whether congestion or local bandwidth is the cause.

How do I avoid account theft?

Choose a password that is difficult to guess and keep it unique to QuickQ. Never reveal verification codes or account details to anyone, and download the client only from trusted entries such as quickqapo.com.cn rather than unknown or cracked packages.

How can I confirm my subscription is active?

The account section shows your current billing period, expiry date, and account status after signing in. The purchase entry on the official plans page presents the same information. Once a period ends, renewing and signing in again restores access.

Will QuickQ run on my device?

The QuickQ client supports 64-bit Windows 10 and Windows 11, macOS 11 and later, iPhone and iPad on iOS 14 and later, Android 8.0 and later, and Linux desktops based on Ubuntu 20.04 or Debian 11 and above. Ensure the device has at least 2 GB of RAM and around 200 MB free before installing; on Linux, refer to the builds currently listed on the download page.

How much is a QuickQ subscription?

Three paid periods are available: 1 month at CNY 49, 12 months at CNY 299, and 24 months at CNY 499, each including supported devices and online help. A permanently free version does not exist, so a single month is a sensible way to test the service first. Pricing and entitlements follow the plans page.

Do you log what I do online?

As set out in the official privacy policy, QuickQ processes account identifiers, device type, subscription status, and necessary diagnostic information to open accounts, confirm subscriptions, operate the service, and answer requests. This supports identity verification, service delivery, security, reliability improvements, and legal obligations. Personal information is never sold, and access controls, transport protection, and internal audits reduce risk. The privacy policy page contains the full rules.

How many devices at the same time?

All plans state that supported devices are covered, so a single account can install the client and sign in across multiple devices. The number allowed online at the same time follows your current plan. Replacing or adding a device requires only an installation and a sign-in with the same account, with no further registration or payment.

The connection works but performance is poor

Pause bandwidth-heavy tasks such as downloads or streaming before moving to a route with lower load. Verify that no other proxy or acceleration tool is active, since it can interfere with QuickQ routes. Testing at different times helps identify route congestion rather than local bandwidth limits. When only one application is slow, review its own network settings and cache.

Checking that your download came from us

Use only the official QuickQ site to reach the download page and confirm the domain before installing. Avoid third-party sites and so-called cracked versions. If your system reports the source as untrusted, verify that it came from the official entry before allowing it. Work through the troubleshooting steps in this FAQ if anything else appears wrong.

If the steps above did not resolve it, go back to the installation stage in the QuickQ user guide. If you still need help, send your client version, system version, and a description of what happens to official support.

Ready for smart routes that hold up?
